  • 2 cups chocolate chips or carob chips (you can even leave these out if you want to make it super healthy!)

Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In a food processor, blend together all ingredients except for the chocolate chips until well combined. 

Put mixture into a bowl and stir in chocolate chips with a wooden spoon or spatula until evenly distributed throughout the batter. 

Spread mixture onto an ungreased baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, then remove from oven and allow to cool completely before cutting into squares with a knife or pizza cutter.*You can also use vegan graham crackers instead of whole wheat for your crust!
